Terms and Conditions are always important to be clear about to clients who are willing to trek with us. The Terms and Conditions contain the information regarding the procedures of Booking Confirmation, Payment & Refund System, Cancellation and Other Charges levied etc. All our clients are suggested to read and understand it carefully before declaration of booking for packages.

How do I make a booking?

The easiest and fastest way to make your booking is through our website which is available 24/7, 365 days a year. We would be happy to help you choose the Trek that is right for you. All of our sales team have first-hand knowledge and information about our trekking. Call us anytime to check availability or hold a seat on option for up to three days with no obligation.

How and when do I receive my confirmation and documents ?

If you book directly with us we will email you a confirmation, invoice and Trek Tips within 24 hours of receiving your booking. Once final payment is made you will also receive vouchers. Final documents are resent around 6 weeks before departure.

How much deposit is required?

To secure a booking, a minimum deposit of 10% of the total tour price, per person, (or full payment if booking within 60 days of the start of your tour) will be required. On occassions a higher deposit will be payable if any supplier(s) requires additional payment at the time of booking / prior to balance due date and you will be advised of this at the time of booking.

When is the final balance due?

The balance of all monies due, including any surcharges applicable at that time, must be received by no later than 60 days before the start of your tour. For certain tours, full payment must be received at an earlier stage before the start of your trekking. You will be advised at the time of booking when this is the case.
